Contract and Terms of Service

Information & Terms: A non-refundable deposit and an authorized signature on your proposal will reserve your activities and date. The balance is due on or before the date of the event prior to set-up. We reserve the right to set appropriate rules of conduct and age/weight/time limits in order to best facilitate your event and maintain a safe environment. It is the customers responsibility to measure the set up location to make sure the rented product will fit.
Start time is not the actual drop off time. Driver will call customer to notify when he is on his way to drop off rental.

Reservation Length: Our drivers normal deliveries are made between 7:00am and 12:30pm (Please contact us for specific drop off times) and pick up times are made from your desired pick up time to 3 hours after. We strive to be on time for all customers, therefore we require a window of 1-3 for delivery and pick up. Our drivers make their best effort to accommodate your desired delivery and pick up times but because of traffic and unexpected events the times are NOT GUARANTEED.

Delivery: The person who made the reservation or who will make the payment must be present during the time of delivery.The customer is required to check the rented unit and all tie downs before the driver leaves because there is No Guarantee that the driver can return before Pickup Time. Due to supply chain shortages and a limited supply of drivers, some orders may be delivered later than anticipated. Please notify us when there is an event start time to help us prioritize delivery routes.

Pick up: Pickups will begin from your requested end time, and not before, but can range up to 3 hours after (since drivers have more than one order, they may be delayed). Customers will be responsible for any fees associated with Airbnb, short-term rental properties, custodian overtime fees, staff, or building service personnel costs needed to allow drivers access to rented products.

Setup: Inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. An addiotanal cleaning fee applies for each inflatable to be set up on Sand or Dirt. Customer MUST notify AJPR during reservation if setup will be on Sand or Dirt. Hills or slight inclines in the setup area should be a maximum of 5 degrees. Gates and walkways have to be a minimum of 3.5 feet wide for all inflatables. Please be ready to provide extension cord to drivers if set up location if further than 25ft away from electric outlet you plan to use. Drivers carry extensions cords but it is not guaranteed that they will have one available. "Cash only"accepted for payment options on delivery.
Please have exact amount upon deliver since drivers do not carry any change.

Site Preparation:The customer must make sure the set up area is ready (i.e. lawns mowed, vehicles/obstacles out of the way, animal feces removed, set up location cleared) the customer may be charged an additional fee if the set up location is not prepared and the driver might be forced to leave and reschedule your delivery at a later time, in which case a delivery fee will be applied.
AJPR is not responsible for damages, alterations, or cometic changes to surface areas caused by our rented products set up for any amount of time. Inflatables may ruin grass or turf. if there is a concern about the set up area being damaged or altered, please choose a cement set up area as a set up location.

Park Reservations: Customers are required to obtain permits before reserving an inflatable from AJPR. If a permit is required but customer did not obtain it or falsified information to AJPR then park officials may require inflatable to be removed immediately in which case there will be no refund for customer. A minimum 3500-watt generator is required for all inflatables going to parks unless the park facility provides electricity and customer has ensured there will be a dedicated 15 AMP circuit available.

Extension Cord: Please be ready to provide extension cords to drivers if the setup location is further than 25 feet away from the electric outlet you plan to use. AJPR doest not provide extension cords unless the customer adds the items to the rental order prior to delivery. Our drivers may carry extra extension cords, but it is not guaranteed that they will have one available. Any extension cords used must be 3-prong cord that is UL and CE approved and no less than 14/3 gauge. AJPR is not responsible for faulty/shorted circuit breakers, or power outlets, malfunctions, and damages caused by the use of our equipment including generators, electric blowers, extension cords, and powered rental products. Customers can contact Anaheim Jumpers Party rentals with any questions, prior to delivery, if there are power concerns.

Cancellation Policy: This contract, after signing, is a legal and binding contract. To cancel or reschedule and to be able to use deposit credit towards future events sufficient notice must be given - at least 72 hours prior to start of your event. Cancellation of event with less than 72 hour notice forfeits entire deposit. Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any refund. Postponement of event with at least 1-week notice may entitle you to use all or part of your deposit towards a timely rescheduled event at our discretion. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement.

NOTE: If the driver is not able to set up the unit because of the customer's negligence to inform of any suitable surface, or access requirements then Anaheim Jumpers Party Rentals will have to cancel the order as undeliverable and delivery/cancelation fee will be charged.

Rain/weather cancellation policy: In case of rain or severe weather conditions (high winds exceeding 20mph) forecasted during your rental date, the customer is allowed to cancel by 2pm the day before without losing your deposit (also pertains to forecasts with probabilities of rain or high winds greater than 50% of likelihood). Customers MUST CALL and cancel by 2pm on the day before their rental date (voicemail and emails before 2pm are ok for cancellation). If the customer cancels the order, it will be canceled for the rest of the rental period with no guarantee that we can deliver if weather conditions get better. If the customer decides to go ahead with the order though the weather forecast says it will rain, but it is not actually raining at the time, then we will go ahead and deliver the order. However, if it does start to rain during the rental time, we reserve the right to cancel the order due to safety concerns with NO REFUND provided.

Hold Harmless Provision: Lessee recognizes and understands that use of Lessor equipment may involve inherently dangerous activities. Consequently, lessee agrees to indemnify and hold lessor harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceeding costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of said equipment including, but not limited to the delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment. Lessee hereby releases and holds harmless lessor from injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of said equipment unless lessoris operating the equipment and is deemed by a court of law to be negligent in its actions. Lessor cannot under any circumstances be held liable for injuries as a result of acts of God, nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Lessee also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless lessor from any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the equipment during the term of this contact and any extension thereof.

Water Rides: Water products require a regular garden hose(not provided by Anaheim Jumpers Party Rentals) within the range of the setup area. Water Rides DO NOT come with any mats or cushions to be placed under the pool area for when users slide down. If customer wishes to place place mats for extra cushion, they need to provide it during the delivery time to the driver. Water should be turned off when the water product is not being used. Inflatable water rides not engineered to flow water like water parks. Water pressure needs to be low to function properly AND prevent flooding in backyards. Improper use may result in additional fees. AJPR is not liable for damages/injury from improper use of our rented products resulting from customer/guests relocating rental products after the initial instal, and/or water damage from water ride drainage/run-off.

Merger Clause: This signed Agreement in conjunction with the signed Instruction Manual and Reservation Form contains the entire agreement between the Lessor and the Lessee. No amendment, whether from previous or subsequent negotiations between the Lessee and the Lessor, shall be valid or enforceable unless in writing and signed by all parties to this contract. The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision of this Agreement shall not affect the other provisions hereof.

Other terms and conditions

1. Care of the Rental Equipment: Customer shall be responsible for any and all damage to any of the Rental Equipment not caused by ordinary wear and tear. "Ordinary wear and tear" shall mean only the normal deterioration of the rental equipment caused by ordinary, reasonable and proper use of the rental equipment. Customers shall be liable to ANAHEIM JUMPERS PARTY RENTALS for any and all damage which is not "ordinary wear and tear" in an amount equal to the replacement value of the rental equipment on the invoice page of this Agreement. Damage which is not "ordinary wear and tear" includes, but is not limited to, cutting or tearing of vinyl or netting, damage due to overturning, overloading, exceeding rated capacities, breakage, improper use, abuse, lack of cleaning, contamination of or dirtying of rental equipment with non-approved items such as chemicals, non approved food, paint, silly string,mud, clay, or other materials.

2. Equipment Problems: Should any equipment develop a problem, or does not function correctly at any time, or Customer does not understand the operating Instructions. Customer agrees to immediately cease use of that equipment. In particular, if the inflatable unit begins to deflate, customer will immediately have the riders exit the unit and then check for one of the following conditions: 1) The motor has stopped; in which case check the power cord connection at the outlet where the unit plugs into the house to make sure that it has not been unplugged; 2) If motor continues to run, check for blockage of the air intake screen on the side of the blower unit. Also, check both air tubes on the back of the unit for snugness and tighten the ties if necessary; 3) If either of these steps corrects the problem, fully re-inflate the unit prior to permitting anyone to use the unit 4) If you cannot correct the problem, contacts us immediately.

3.Supervision: The safety of the children depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required at all times. As the lessee of this inflatable unit, the safety of all the riders is your responsibility. As the adult supervisor, you should position yourself in close proximity to the entrance to the ride and be prepared to assist riders when they enter/exit the ride.

4.Installation: Do not remove the inflatable from the area where it was installed. If the inflatable unit moves, pull it by one of its corners back to its original location of installation. Keep the inflatable unit away from swimming pools and other sources of water at all times.

5.Negligence or Abuse: The following fees may be assessed for negligence or abuse of inflatable
1. Spilled food, confetti or the use of Silly String could result in an up to $100.00 Cleaning Fee.
2. Negligence and damage to the unit could result in a $200-$800 Repair Fee.
3. If the unit is not repairable a fee of $1,500-$4,000 could result.

6. Customer Acknowledgment: Customer acknowledges and certifies that they have had a sufficient opportunity to read this entire Agreement, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions on all pages and that they understand its content and that they execute it freely, intelligently and without duress of any kind.

Lessor (anaheim jumpers) will:
1. Provide the necessary staff to facilitate your event and power cords to reach up to 25ft.
2. Deliver, set-up, teardown, and operate all activities with/without volunteer staff.
3. Carry a liability insurance policy covering our services & equipment.

Lessee (that's you) will:
1. Provide _1__ 110volt/20amp electric circuits and 10/12 gauge cords for distances over 25ft.
2. Provide any required entrance and parking passes.
3. Provide a minimum of _0__ adult volunteer(s) to operate the activities.
